We use arts-based facilitation to help teams and organizations strengthen communication, inclusion, and collaboration.
At Creative Community Impact Association, we use arts-based practices to help teams work better together. We strengthen communication, deepen connection, and support more inclusive ways of working.
We work with businesses, organizations, and public sector teams to design and facilitate structured, engaging experiences that address real-world team dynamics. Our approach combines creative facilitation with community-informed practices to support stronger collaboration, increased awareness around equity and accessibility, and more thoughtful, effective communication.
We do not just talk about inclusion. We create spaces where it can be actively practiced and applied.
Build stronger, more effective teams through arts-based collaboration and hands-on DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) learning.
Our workshops and talks are structured, interactive experiences that support communication, collaboration, and more inclusive workplace cultures. Through guided creative activities and facilitated dialogue, teams engage in practical learning they can apply directly in their day-to-day work.
All sessions are facilitated on-site by CCIA’s Executive Director, an arts-based facilitator with experience across post-secondary institutions, consulting firms, and community-based organizations, including Dalhousie University, Mount Allison University, and Dillon Consulting Limited.
Workshops can also be adapted for conferences, professional development days, and organizational retreats.
