Age Restriction & Children’s Privacy:


Our programs and services are intended for individuals aged 19 and older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from individuals under the age of 19. In accordance with Canadian privacy law, if we become aware that personal information has been provided by someone under the age of 13 without verified parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To process donations and issue acknowledgment emails
    (Please note: The Creative Community Impact Association is a federally incorporated nonprofit but not a registered charity. As such, donations are not tax-deductible.)

  • To share opportunities to participate, volunteer, or collaborate

  • To assess and improve our programming and outreach

We use PayPal to process donations securely. When you make a donation, your personal and payment information is processed by PayPal in accordance with their own privacy policy.

CCIA does not store or access your full payment details (such as credit card numbers).

While no system is entirely immune to risk, we are committed to protecting your information using best practices in data security.
